La SNB ha tagliato inaspettatamente i tassi di 25 punti base provocando un apprezzamento delle altre divise rifugio, tra cui il biglietto Verde, che  nella sessione odierna beneficia dello scivolone del CNH e della improvvisa avversione al rischio tornata sui mercati. A contribuire alla frenata dell’euro ci hanno pensato i PMI di ieri, che sia per l’Eurozona tutta che nei singoli Paesi non sono stati degni di nota: il Vecchio Continente soffre.

In attesa che parta l’ultima ottava delle borse statunitensi, in cerca di direzionalità, la

rinnovata voglia di comprare USD deve testare il livello tecnico/psicologico di 1.0800 per capire se effettivamente, la prossima, sarà una settimana di passione nel mercato Forex: il calendario economico, soprattutto negli States, offrirà ottimi spunti e market mover.

Si mantiene “on hold” la Bank of England, con il MPC che vota 8-1 per la decisione. Da segnalare come alcuni falchi siano diventati colombe, il che lascia presagire che la partenza del ciclo di allentamento monetario sia molto vicina.
